Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property, Dallas

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas intellectual property practice. The role will involve advising clients across a range of IP matters and helping grow a market-facing practice in the region.

Ideal candidates will be experienced counsel with an established IP practice, comfortable taking client-facing responsibility and developing business. The team handles matters across prosecution, enforcement and transactional IP work for corporate and technology clients.

• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property law (prosecution, enforcement, licensing and/or transactional IP matters).
• Licensed to practice in Texas (or able to obtain admission) and able to work from the Dallas office.
• Proven client-development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be viewed positively.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, and experience leading deal teams or matters.
