Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property, Dubai

Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established Intellectual Property practice in Dubai. The role focuses on developing IP workstreams that intersect with technology, energy transition and infrastructure, and supporting cross-border matters handled by the regional team.

The successful candidate will join a full-service international practice platform and will be expected to originate and develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate closely with corporate, technology and dispute-resolution colleagues across the region.

• Proven partner-level experience in Intellectual Property law, with a strong commercial and technology-facing practice.
• Track record of business origination and a portable practice suitable for a Dubai platform.
• Experience advising on matters linked to energy transition / infrastructure and cross-border disputes or arbitration is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management and client relationship skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups.
• Admission in a relevant common or civil law jurisdiction and eligibility to practise in the UAE preferred.
