Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation — Baltimore

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a busy intellectual property practice in Baltimore. The role combines patent prosecution, patent litigation and licensing work across technology and life-science matters.

The ideal candidate will have substantial courtroom and trial experience, familiarity with Hatch-Waxman matters and experience with ITC (Section 337) investigations. This is a partner-level opening for someone able to originate and manage complex IP matters and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Practical experience with Hatch‑Waxman litigation and ITC (Section 337) matters preferred
• Proven ability to originate work and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Track record of mentoring and leading deal teams; excellent litigation and oral advocacy skills
