Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established IP litigation and prosecution team in Boulder. The role will combine trial and contentious work with strategic patent prosecution and licensing matters across life sciences and technology disputes.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner who will handle patent litigation, Hatch‑Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations, while also supporting or growing prosecution and licensing practices. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in patent litigation and related proceedings.
Background in patent prosecution and licensing, including Hatch‑Waxman matters.
Experience with ITC Section 337 investigations or other trade remedy proceedings preferred.
Proven business development skills and/or a portable practice welcomed.
