Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property / Litigation / Corporate, Raleigh

Leading national law firm seeks experienced lateral partners for its Southeast platform, with a particular focus on intellectual property (including patent and IP litigation), corporate transactions and governance, and complex litigation practices. The firm is growing in Raleigh and across other regional offices and is open to partners who will collaborate across offices.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability and will join a team offering flexible compensation arrangements and firm resources to support book development. Opportunities exist across IP litigation, corporate/M&A, mass torts and related specialties.

• Established partner with a track record of originating and managing client matters; portable practice preferred.
• Significant experience in patent/IP litigation, corporate transactions or complex commercial litigation (including mass torts or ERISA where applicable).
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop business and work collaboratively across multiple offices.
• Active bar admission(s) and strong professional references.
