Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property, Litigation & Corporate (Walnut Creek)

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Walnut Creek office to help grow and lead IP, litigation and corporate capabilities. The role is practice-focused and client-facing, with opportunities to collaborate across offices and contribute to regional growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing significant client matters. The firm offers flexible billing arrangements by practice and may consider equity opportunities on a case-by-case basis.

• Experienced partner with an established, portable practice in IP, litigation or corporate work.
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; prior book of business preferred.
• Substantive experience in patent/IP litigation, corporate governance transactions, or significant commercial litigation matters.
• Strong leadership and business development capabilities; collaborative across multi-office platforms.
