Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Dallas

Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation team focusing on intellectual property and patent litigation. The role will involve leading high‑stakes patent disputes, managing litigation strategy, and supervising junior lawyers on complex matters.

The firm is looking for a partner with a portable patent litigation practice and demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships. This role offers a platform to grow trial and courtroom work within a large, multidisciplinary practice.

• Proven partner-level patent litigation practice with a record of client origination and a portable book of business.
• Extensive experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes; courtroom and trial experience preferred.
• Strong practice management and team leadership skills; able to mentor associates and manage client engagements.
• Active bar admission and eligibility to work in Texas.
