Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation — Long Island (Garden City)

Experienced IP litigation partner sought to lead and grow a patent litigation practice from the firm’s Long Island (Garden City) office. The role will focus on complex patent disputes across district and appellate courts and involve managing senior associates and coordinating with national litigation teams.

This is a partner-level opening with responsibility for originating and expanding client relationships, driving business development, and owning matter strategy and staffing. The team handles high-stakes, technically complex matters and collaborates with specialists across related practice groups.

• Proven partner-level patent litigation experience and track record of handling complex district and appellate litigation.
• Portable client base and demonstrated ability to originate and develop new business.
• Strong trial advocacy and motion practice skills; experience managing and mentoring litigation teams.
• Active admission to the appropriate state bar (New York preferred) and ability to practice in relevant federal courts.
