Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Los Angeles

AmLaw-ranked firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles Intellectual Property team, focusing on patent litigation and prosecution. The role will handle complex IP disputes and counseling across technology-driven matters for a mix of national and international clients.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform with robust trial and appellate resources and collaborate with cross-practice teams on high-stakes matters. This is an opportunity to build or expand a portable practice within a seasoned IP practice group in Los Angeles.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar admission (or imminent admission)
• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and/or patent prosecution
• Track record of client development and managing teams on complex IP matters
• Portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate new business preferred
