Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy intellectual property litigation team in Minneapolis. The role focuses on leading and advancing patent litigation matters across federal courts and contested proceedings.

The team offers established national and regional IP litigation work; the firm is seeking a partner who will contribute both trial capabilities and client development. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

• Established patent litigation partner with significant courtroom and contested-proceeding experience
• Track record of originating or growing client relationships and business development
• Ability to lead litigation teams, supervise associates, and mentor junior lawyers
• Admission or eligibility to practice in Minnesota (or willingness to obtain admission)
