Experienced IP litigation partner sought to lead and grow a regional practice in New Jersey. The role focuses on managing high‑stakes patent and other intellectual property disputes, supervising litigation teams, and guiding strategy from case inception through trial.

This is a front‑facing leadership role in a newly established regional office. The hire will be expected to expand the practice, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development within the IP litigation market.

Established partner with a proven record in intellectual property litigation (patents, trademarks, or related IP disputes)
Admitted to practice in New Jersey (or able to obtain admission)
Demonstrable trial and motion experience and experience managing litigation teams
Proven business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships
