Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, New York

Seeking an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice in New York. The role involves handling high‑stakes patent, trademark and related IP disputes across federal courts and before administrative tribunals.

The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice and demonstrated business development ability who will take a senior role in a busy, national IP litigation platform. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity with significant client engagement and case management responsibility.

• Established IP litigation partner with a portable practice and proven book‑building experience
• Extensive trial and appellate experience in federal courts and/or PTAB/TTAB proceedings
• Strong client management and business development skills
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and excellent academic and professional credentials
