Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia IP litigation team. The role focuses on leading patent litigation matters across district and appellate courts and advising on related IP strategy.

The successful candidate will lead case teams, develop business, and work closely with national colleagues on complex, high-stakes litigation. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be a key part of the hiring discussion.

Proven partner- or senior-level experience in patent litigation (district court and appeals)
Track record of leading teams and managing high-value, complex matters
Business development capability — portable practice or demonstrable origination history preferred
Active admission to the relevant state bar; USPTO registration a plus
