Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation & Prosecution, Los Angeles

Leading U.S. firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead an IP practice in the Los Angeles office. The role combines patent prosecution, licensing and contentious patent work, with opportunity to handle life-sciences Hatch‑Waxman matters and trade-remedy investigations.

Ideal candidate will have an established, portable practice and will work with cross-disciplinary teams on patent litigation and counseling across technology and life‑sciences clients. Significant client development and team leadership responsibilities are expected.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation
• Track record advising on licensing and Hatch‑Waxman (pharma) matters
• Experience with trade‑remedy/Section 337 investigations or similar international enforcement proceedings preferred
• Demonstrated client development ability and a portable practice (book of business)
• Bar admission and credentials appropriate for California practice
