Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Redwood City (Silicon Valley)

Leading US-based firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property Litigation practice in Redwood City, serving Silicon Valley technology clients. The role focuses on high-stakes patent and IP disputes across federal courts and ITC matters, working on complex, bet-the-company litigation.

We are looking for a partner with an established portable practice and a track record of originating and managing significant IP litigation matters. The team combines deep technical expertise with trial experience and advises clients across the technology and life sciences sectors.

• Partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation (patent and related IP disputes)
• Proven trial and motion practice in federal courts and/or ITC; courtroom presence
• Established portable practice / demonstrable book of business
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdictions; ability to work in the Silicon Valley market
