Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an intellectual property litigation practice in the firm's Santa Monica (Los Angeles) office. The role will involve managing complex IP disputes, supervising associates, and working closely with clients across technology and related industries.

The ideal candidate will have a partner-level track record in IP litigation (patent, trademark and other technology-related matters), strong courtroom and motion practice experience, and demonstrated success in business development. A portable practice or book of business is welcomed.

Partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark or related technology disputes).
Established trial and motion experience and ability to manage complex docket-driven matters.
Proven business development record; portable client relationships welcomed.
Experience mentoring and leading associate teams; excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission.
