Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Seattle IP litigation team. The role will focus on patent litigation and related IP disputes, working on high-stakes matters for technology and life-sciences clients.

The team handles both litigation and patent prosecution work; the firm is looking for a partner who can lead cases, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups. A portable practice or ability to develop client relationships is welcomed.

Established partner with experience in patent litigation and IP disputes
Track record of leading litigation matters and supervising teams
Comfort collaborating with patent prosecution teams and cross-practice client work
Bar admission and relevant technical or patent qualifications as applicable
