Senior IP litigation partner opportunity in Washington, D.C. for an experienced trial lawyer to lead and grow a market-facing intellectual property litigation practice. The role will sit on a busy IP litigation team handling high-stakes matters in federal courts and before administrative tribunals.

The firm is seeking a partner who will bring substantive courtroom and case-management experience, serve as a client-facing leader, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are expected to accelerate platform growth.

• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Proven record of managing significant IP disputes and courtroom experience.
