Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property litigation team in West Palm Beach. The role focuses on patent litigation and high-stakes IP disputes across federal courts and the ITC.

Ideal for a trial-ready partner with an established, portable practice who can originate and manage complex matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development locally and nationally.

• Established partner with significant experience in patent litigation and IP disputes
• Proven trial and dispositive-motion experience in federal courts (and ITC experience preferred)
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; demonstrable portable practice
• Strong written and oral advocacy, team leadership, and business development skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
