Leading UK law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to strengthen and grow its Intellectual Property team in London. This role suits an experienced IP partner with a track record of originating and managing client work and who can provide strategic leadership across contentious and non-contentious IP matters.

The post will involve leading client relationships, developing business, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with commercial teams on cross-practice matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client development capability is desirable.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK IP qualification with substantial partner-level experience
Proven track record of leading IP matters and managing teams
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development skills; portable practice preferred
Strong commercial awareness and ability to work across multidisciplinary matters
