Leading San Francisco office of a highly regarded national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property and Media & Entertainment practice. The role focuses on matters at the intersection of IP, advertising, marketing and digital media across corporate and transactional work.

The team advises media, advertising and digital clients on strategy and execution, and the firm is looking for a partner who can contribute senior-level expertise and grow the practice locally. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated client origination are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with significant experience in intellectual property and media/entertainment matters, including advertising and marketing work
Experience with digital media issues and related transactional counseling
Proven client-development ability; portable practice or book of business welcomed
Bar admission or ability to be admitted in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
