Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — Palo Alto

Senior IP partner opportunity in Palo Alto with a well-established national practice seeking a lawyer to lead and grow technology-focused intellectual property work. The role combines client leadership, matter strategy and team management across patent, trademark and broader IP matters.

The successful candidate will advise sophisticated corporate and technology clients, supervise associates, collaborate across practice groups, and play an active role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in intellectual property law (patent, trademark and/or IP counseling and enforcement).
• Proven track record of client development and ability to manage a portable practice or generate new business.
• Experience leading teams and supervising associate workflow on complex matters.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; clear ability to work with technology-focused clients.
