Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property, Patent Litigation & Corporate (Winston-Salem)

Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Intellectual Property and Litigation practices in the Winston-Salem area. The role focuses on patent and IP litigation while partnering with an active corporate/transactional team to support client matters across the region.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a portable practice and proven client-development track record who can originate and expand revenue streams. The position offers flexibility to collaborate across nearby offices and contribute to regional growth initiatives.

• Established partner-level experience in IP and patent litigation, with courtroom/trial experience preferred
• Proven ability to bring or develop a portable book of business; strong client-development skills
• Comfort working alongside corporate/transactional teams and advising on corporate governance matters
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work across regional offices
