Established international law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its patent litigation capability from the Florham Park office. The role focuses on high‑stakes patent disputes across district courts and the ITC, handling complex infringement and validity matters.

The partner will manage and mentor litigation teams, work closely with patent prosecutors and technical experts, and drive client strategy in contested proceedings and trials. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and develop business is welcome.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active trial experience in patent litigation
Proven track record of handling complex patent disputes (district court, ITC or equivalent)
Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage litigation teams and collaborate with technical specialists
Business development skills and/or a portable practice to contribute to growth
