Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Patent Litigation, Phoenix

Senior IP litigation partner opportunity in Phoenix with a well-established regional/national practice. The role will lead patent litigation matters, manage trial teams, and help grow a busy IP litigation practice.

The team handles complex patent disputes across technologies and works with in-house and external stakeholders. The role is suited to a partner with a portable practice or established client relationships and a track record of originating and expanding IP litigation work.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and broader IP litigation.
• Track record of managing litigation teams through trial and appellate processes.
• Business development ability and experience growing a portable practice or client relationships.
• Bar admission and standing appropriate for practice in the relevant jurisdiction; willingness to relocate or be based in Phoenix.
