Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Patent Litigation — Portland

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Portland IP litigation team. The role centers on handling complex patent litigation matters and expanding a high-value litigation practice regionally and nationally.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage litigation teams, and work across offices on technically sophisticated disputes. There is an expectation of bringing or developing a portable practice and contributing to business development.

• Partner-level experience in patent litigation and broader IP disputes.
• Proven track record of managing trials, hearings, and major litigation matters.
• Established portable client relationships or demonstrable ability to originate significant matters.
• Active bar admission and strong leadership, mentoring, and business-development skills.
