Ideal candidate will bring an established, portable litigation practice and play a visible role in growing the regional IP platform. The position combines hands‑on case work with client development and team leadership.

Established partner with significant patent litigation experience (district court and/or ITC matters preferred)
Proven, portable client relationships and demonstrable book of business
Track record of leading trial teams and supervising associates
Admission to the California bar (or eligible) and ability to practice in relevant forums
