Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property / Patent Litigation — Washington, D.C.

We are seeking a lateral partner to join a national IP practice based in Washington, D.C. The role will sit at the intersection of patent prosecution, licensing, and contested patent litigation, including matters arising under Hatch‑Waxman and ITC Section 337 investigations.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a portable practice, collaborate with cross‑office litigation and transactional teams, and advise clients on enforcement, licensing strategies, and regulatory‑adjacent disputes. This is an opportunity to join a well‑resourced IP platform and expand client relationships in the U.S. market.

• Established partner with significant experience in patent prosecution, licensing, and patent litigation
• Track record handling Hatch‑Waxman matters and/or ITC Section 337 investigations preferred
• Experience developing or expanding a portable practice and client relationships
• Active bar admission and strong writing and courtroom advocacy skills
