Leading regional office seeks a lateral partner to join a busy Intellectual Property group focused on patent litigation. The role will handle complex district-court and ITC matters, supervise trial and pretrial strategy, and counsel corporate clients on enforcement and defense of patent portfolios.

The partner will lead and grow a portable practice, mentor associates, and work closely with litigation and technical teams across offices. This is an opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and high‑profile disputes while contributing to practice development.

Established partner with significant patent litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels
Proven ability to bring and manage a portable practice / book of business
Strong track record of client relationship management and business development
Comfort supervising associates and coordinating with technical experts
Admission to relevant state bar (or willingness to obtain admission)
