Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property (Patent Prosecution & Litigation), Atlanta

Growing national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its intellectual property practice in Atlanta. The role will combine patent prosecution, licensing, and contentious work, including Hatch‑Waxman matters and trade‑remedy/ITC (Section 337) investigations.

The successful candidate will join an established IP team, handle a mix of counseling and bet‑the‑company litigation, and work with cross‑practice colleagues on technology‑driven matters. The role offers significant client‑development responsibility and visibility within the firm’s U.S. IP platform.

• Proven partner‑level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation, including Hatch‑Waxman and ITC/Section 337 matters
• Track record of client generation and business development; portable practice preferred
• Technical background suitable for managing complex technology matters
• Admission to practice in the U.S.; active bar membership and federal court experience
