Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property (Patents & Trademarks) — Baltimore

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Baltimore intellectual property practice. The role will focus on patent and trademark matters across prosecution, counseling and contentious work, with significant involvement in infringement and enforcement litigation.

Ideal candidate will join an established team handling a diverse portfolio of domestic IP matters for corporate clients. The firm is not seeking counsel for major streaming-platform disputes; the focus is broader IP litigation and transactional work.

Portable business welcomed. This is a partner-level role with opportunities to lead client relationships and expand an existing practice in the Mid-Atlantic market.

• Established partner-level experience in patents and trademarks, including infringement litigation and prosecution.
• Proven record of originating or managing client matters and developing business; portable practice welcomed.
• Strong litigation and counseling skills; ability to manage teams and mentor junior lawyers.
• Active bar admission and technical background or experience working with technical subject matter preferred.
