Seeking a lateral partner to join a national IP practice in Minneapolis with a focus on patents, trademarks and related infringement matters. The role combines client-facing IP litigation and counseling work with opportunities to lead and grow a portable practice.

The team advises clients across technology and media sectors on prosecution, enforcement and brand protection; the role will involve supervising associates, leading matters and developing new business.

Established partner track record in patents and trademarks, including enforcement/infringement matters
Demonstrated litigation or contentious experience and ability to supervise teams
Client development skills; a portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and technical background as needed for patent work
