Leading international firm seeks a senior IP partner to head and expand its patent litigation practice in Stuttgart. The role focuses on German patent litigation and representation before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), complementing an existing soft‑IP capability in trademarks and copyright.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop business, and build a team locally while collaborating with cross‑border colleagues. A portable practice and demonstrable client relationships in patent litigation/UPC work are required.

Established partner with significant experience in German patent litigation and UPC proceedings.
Strong track record of client development and a portable book of business in IP litigation.
Deep technical and legal expertise in patents; familiarity with related soft‑IP (trademark, copyright) advantageous.
Ability to lead a team and work across international offices; fluency in German and proficiency in English.
