Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property (Prosecution & Litigation), Delaware

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established IP practice in Delaware focused on patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation. The role will work across complex Hatch‑Waxman matters and trade‑remedy investigations before the International Trade Commission.

The team handles both contentious and transactional IP work for life sciences and technology clients; the role offers client relationship leadership, case management and strategic counseling responsibilities.

Portable practice welcome — the firm is looking for a partner who can contribute existing client relationships and help grow the regional IP platform.

• Established patent practice with demonstrable experience in prosecution, licensing and patent litigation
• Familiarity with Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA litigation and ITC Section 337 investigations preferred
• Track record of client development and ability to lead matters as a partner
• Active bar admission(s) and technical qualifications appropriate to patent practice
