Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — San Francisco

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in the San Francisco office. The role will focus on advising and representing corporate and technology-sector clients on a range of IP matters, including counseling, IP strategy and dispute resolution.

The team handles complex, interdisciplinary IP work and is looking for a partner who can strengthen client relationships, lead matters, and contribute to practice growth. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development record is welcome.

• Established partner with a strong track record in IP matters.
• Demonstrable client-development ability or portable practice.
• Experience advising corporate and technology clients on counseling, strategy and IP disputes.
• Active bar admission; admission in California preferred or ability to obtain admission.
