The team values a partner who will lead matters, develop client relationships and collaborate across offices on multi-jurisdictional IP litigation and enforcement work. Candidates should be commercially minded, with a proven track record of courtroom and motion practice where applicable.

• Partner-level experience in IP litigation (patents, trade secrets, or related technology disputes)
• Proven trial and motion practice experience and ability to lead complex matters
• Demonstrable client development and business generation skills; portable practice preferred
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Silicon Valley office
