A well-established US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property team. The role is focused on counseling and litigating technology and IP matters for a diverse corporate client base and offers an opportunity to integrate into an experienced, multidisciplinary practice.

The firm is looking for a partner who will contribute a portable practice and help grow IP litigation and technology-related work. The role includes client development, matter leadership, and collaboration with corporate and technology teams across the firm.

Experienced partner with a strong background in intellectual property and technology-related matters, including litigation.
Proven client-development record and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Track record of leading matters, supervising associates, and working cross-functionally with other practice groups.
Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
