Senior partner opportunity with a leading US law firm seeking to grow its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Charlotte. The role focuses on high-value IP matters across technology sectors, with particular strength in telecommunications and life sciences work.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner to originate and lead engagements, mentor associates, and collaborate across practice groups. Candidates should have an established track record advising corporate clients on IP strategy, technology-related transactions and disputes.

This is a partner-level opening where a portable practice or demonstrable client development capability is welcome.

Partner-level experience in intellectual property and technology matters.
Proven client development skills and a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate work.
Experience advising in telecommunications and/or life sciences technology matters preferred.
Strong leadership and team management; ability to mentor associates and work cross-functionally.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to become admitted.
