The role offers client-facing responsibility, leadership of litigation matters, and collaboration with cross-practice teams on complex technology disputes and portfolio enforcement.

The successful candidate will handle significant contested matters, supervise associates, and help develop business. This is a visible role for a partner who wants to grow a portable practice within a full-service firm platform.

Seat at partner level with an established IP litigation practice, ideally with technology-related matters.
Proven trial and contested‑litigation experience; able to lead cases and manage teams.
Client development orientation with demonstrated ability to originate or grow business; portable book of business welcome.
Admission to relevant U.S. bar(s) and ability to practice where required.
