Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Technology, Los Angeles (Downtown)

Senior-level opening for a partner to lead and grow an IP and technology practice in the firm's Los Angeles downtown office. The role focuses on advising on complex IP matters across technology-driven industries, with particular experience in telecommunications and life sciences preferred.

The partner will handle client relationship management, originate and develop new business, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on technology and IP-driven transactions and disputes. This position offers significant client-facing responsibility and a platform to expand a portable practice in the U.S. market.

• Partner-level experience in intellectual property and technology matters, including counseling, transactions, and related litigation or enforcement.
• Proven track record working with telecommunications and/or life sciences clients desirable.
• Established client relationships or a portable book of business preferred; strong origination skills expected.
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California (or willingness to become admitted).
