Leading German practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Munich IP & Technology team. The role focuses on advising corporates and technology clients on intellectual property strategy, licensing, technology transactions and related disputes.

The team advises across transactional and contentious matters and works closely with other practice groups on cross-border technology matters. This is a partner-level opening for a lawyer with an established, portable practice who wants to expand a market-facing IP/tech offering in Germany.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in intellectual property and technology law.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; a portable practice/clients preferred.
Strong commercial transaction and licensing experience; experience with IP-related litigation is an advantage.
Admission to practice in Germany and fluency in German and English.
