This is an opportunistic hire — the team is open to candidates with strong transportable business and proven partner-level experience in IP litigation, prosecution or transactional work. The successful candidate will collaborate with domestic and cross-border teams to grow originations and service sophisticated clients.

Proven partner-level experience in Intellectual Property (litigation, prosecution or IP transactions).
Demonstrable portable practice / book of business and a track record of originating work.
Comfort working across US and international teams and serving sophisticated corporate clients.
Leadership experience and ability to contribute to practice development and client relationship management.
