Lateral Partner — International Arbitration, Paris

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Paris arbitration team and strengthen its international arbitration capability. The role will focus on representing clients in complex commercial and investor-state arbitrations across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will take a front-line role on high-value disputes, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to cross-border matters handled from the Paris office. A demonstrable, portable arbitration practice is required.

• Established partner-level arbitration practitioner with significant experience in international arbitration (commercial and/or investor–state).
• Proven record of leading complex hearings and managing cross-border teams.
• Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice.
• Fluent in English; French language skills or admission in France an advantage.
