The successful candidate will join a well-established disputes team and work on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a practice-building role that involves client development, case management, and collaboration with regional and global colleagues.
- Established partner-level experience in international arbitration and cross-border commercial litigation.
- Track record of handling complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes for corporate clients.
- Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client development capability is desirable.
- Admission in Japan or another common jurisdiction and familiarity with local practice and regulatory environment; fluency in Japanese and English is an advantage where applicable.
