Leading Chicago office seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its international litigation and arbitration practice. The role focuses on cross-border disputes, investor-state and commercial arbitration, and high-stakes international litigation matters handled across multiple jurisdictions.

The partner will work closely with a global disputes team, manage complex case strategy, and supervise associates while developing and maintaining client relationships. This is a visible role for an experienced advocate with a proven record in arbitration hearings, written advocacy, and client development.

  • Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (bar admission required)
  • Established partner-level experience in international arbitration and cross-border litigation
  • Proven advocacy and written-pleading skills, with experience at hearings/tribunals
  • Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow portable client relationships
  • Experience supervising associates and managing multi-jurisdictional teams
