Lateral Partner — International Litigation, Minneapolis

Established national practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis litigation team with a focus on international disputes and arbitration. The role will handle cross-border litigation and arbitration matters for a diversified client base and work alongside experienced trial and arbitration counsel.

Ideal candidates will contribute significant experience in international arbitration and cross-border litigation, help grow the regional practice, and mentor junior lawyers. The team offers broad institutional resources while maintaining a collaborative, client-focused approach.

• Senior-level partner with a proven international arbitration and cross-border litigation practice
• Track record of originating and managing complex disputes; ability to develop or bring portable client relationships welcomed
• Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Minnesota and strong courtroom/arbitration advocacy skills
• Ability to collaborate across offices and manage teams on multijurisdictional matters
