- Proven partner-level experience in international trade, with substantial work on trade remedies (AD/CVD) and related litigation.
- Track record advising on trade policy and tariff-related issues, and familiarity with trade compliance programs and enforcement processes.
- Demonstrable ability to originate and maintain client relationships — portable book of business preferred.
- Strong litigation and written advocacy skills; ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers.
