Senior partner-level role for an experienced international trade practitioner to join a national practice advising on trade remedy litigation, trade policy and trade compliance. The team handles anti-dumping and countervailing duty matters, advises on evolving tariff and trade-policy developments, and supports clients on compliance programs and enforcement risk.

This role is a partner-level lateral opportunity for an attorney with an established, portable international trade practice. The appointment offers the chance to lead litigation and policy matters, develop client relationships, and grow a trade-focused practice within a well-regarded US firm platform.

Proven partner-level experience in international trade, with substantial work on trade remedies (AD/CVD) and related litigation.
Track record advising on trade policy and tariff-related issues, and familiarity with trade compliance programs and enforcement processes.
Demonstrable ability to originate and maintain client relationships — portable book of business preferred.
Strong litigation and written advocacy skills; ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers.
