A partner‑level role for an experienced international trade lawyer to lead and grow a cross‑border practice focused on trade remedy litigation, trade policy and compliance. The team handles anti‑dumping and countervailing duty matters, regulatory counseling related to tariff measures, and trade compliance programs.

The role combines case leadership with business development: you will manage litigation and regulatory matters, advise corporate clients on evolving tariff and trade policy issues, and help expand the practice nationally. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is expected.

Established partner with substantial experience in trade remedy litigation (AD/CVD) and related regulatory proceedings.
Track record advising on trade policy issues and tariff/regulatory developments.
Experience with trade compliance counseling and internal investigations.
Proven client development and practice‑building ability; portable practice desirable.
Bar admission in the United States and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
