The role focuses on trade remedy litigation (anti‑dumping and countervailing duty matters), trade policy advisory, and trade compliance counseling for U.S. and multinational clients.
The successful candidate will handle complex AD/CVD investigations and appeals, advise on tariff and trade‑policy developments, and support compliance programs. This is a partner role for an established practitioner who can integrate into an experienced practice group and contribute to business development.
- Partner-level experience practicing international trade law, with substantive AD/CVD and trade remedy litigation background.
- Demonstrated experience advising on trade policy, tariffs, and trade compliance programs.
- Proven courtroom or investigative record before U.S. trade authorities and appeals courts preferred.
- Established book of business or ability to develop/bring portable client relationships; strong business‑development skills.
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and excellent client-facing communication skills.
