National law firm seeks a partner to lead and expand its international trade practice. The role focuses on trade remedy litigation (anti‑dumping and countervailing duty matters), trade policy counseling related to recent tariff regimes, and trade compliance counseling for US‑based clients.

The successful candidate will both litigate before administrative tribunals and advise corporate clients on tariff risk, import/export controls, and compliance programs. You will join a team handling high‑profile, cross‑border trade matters and work closely with regulatory and corporate teams.

This is a partner position for an attorney with an established, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing trade work.

  • Admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • Extensive experience in trade remedy litigation (AD/CVD) and related administrative proceedings.
  • Demonstrated experience advising on trade policy and trade compliance programs.
  • Established portable client relationships and proven business development ability to grow a partner‑level practice.
